Sewcial Sewing Sessions

Please call the shop on 0746337369 or drop in and speak to our friendly staff to book in if you wish to join us on our Sewcial Sewing Sessions. We do our best to accommodate
everyone and this allows us to make sure not to overbook the space.

Monday/Tuesday

Morning – 9.30 am – 12.30 pm

Afternoon –1 pm – 4.30 pm

Cost is $10 per session.


Help Sessions - Wednesday

Cost is $20 per session. (This day is currently fully booked but feel free to call about going onto our waiting list if a spot opens
up.)

Sewcial Sewing - Saturday Morning

Saturday Mornings

9.30 - 1pm we open up our Tables for $10.00 to enjoy sewing with like minded people.

- Sewing Machines are Welcome

Personal Help Sessions

Personal Help Sessions

Cost is $30 per 2 hour session.

Call or drop in and speak to our
staff to book in your 2 hour help session. We can schedule these at a mutually beneficial time as we have different classes running each week and therefore different available times.  If you have a project that you need assistance we can help. Examples include pinning your quilt, helping you understand and step you through a pattern, picking your fabrics and helping organise a project. Bag projects, Quilts and associated projects are welcome. Keep in mind we are a patchwork and quilting business and do not sew clothing.

Free Motion Quilting Class: 7th of August

Free Motion Quilting Class 

A class to help you develop new skills, troubleshoot and make friends!

- A requirements list will be provided upon payment of the Class

- Own machine and free motion foot is required

- Time: 9.30 am to 12.30 pm

- Class Price: $85.00

- Quilt Sandwich sample provided for the day.

Hanabi Foundation Paper piecing Class: 10th of September

ONE DAY CLASS     - $85.00

In this class you will learn the basic instructions for foundation paper piecing as well as our best tips and tricks that go along with it. 

This quilt pattern is made up of one block that is repeated. In this class you will learn how to sew the block so you are able to go home, repeat, and finish your quilt. 

Class includes Hanabi Hexagonal Paper piecing Log Cabin Pattern


Class starts at 9.30am and finishes at 2pm 

Tea and Coffee will be available. 

 

 

 

Jelly Roll Placemat class: 18th of September

Jelly Roll Placemat Class

This class is a Half day class that will start at 9.30am to 12.30pm. 

In this Class we will be making One of the Placemats from a set of 4 Placemats.

Class Price: $85.00

- Class requirements will be given out upon payment of class

Basic Beginners Patchwork Course: Starting 1st of October

Prior Booking is Essential!

7 Week Class = On one day (9.30am - 1pm) per week for 7 weeks.

During these Classes you will learn a variety of Skills and styles that make up the craft of patchworking.

All-Buttoned-Up Bag Class: 30th October

Buttoned-up Bag Class  

In this class you will be making a bag from "Aunties Two Patterns"

  • The bag measures 12" tall,   14 "wide and 6" deep 
  •  A requirements list will be sent once payment has been processed

This Class is a big full day of Sewing. We do stop for Morning Tea and Lunch.
