Returns and Refunds

We do not provide a refund or replacement of your purchase if you change your mind.
You may choose between a refund or exchange if an item is defective.

This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if they had known about it.
  • is unsafe.
  • is significantly different from the sample or description.
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

We reserve the right to repair the item within a reasonable time frame. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

You must provide proof of purchase ie. your receipt. We may choose to give a store credit for the amount to be item outside of these above parameters where we feel it is reasonable.

We do not refund shipping costs.
